Shipping & Ordering Policy.

ORDER PROCESSING.


Each apparel product or non-apparel product is made-to-order rather than mass-produced. Orders are processed Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST) and take 2 - 9 business days to be fulfilled (not including weekends or holidays we're closed). Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped out and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. COVID-19 DELAYS. We're seeing delays with our suppliers and shipping carriers as the entire industry & country grapple with Covid-19 challenges. Because of these Covid-19 challenges shipping carriers have been experiencing massive delays so after orders have been processed & fulfilled, package scans from shipping carriers may be delayed and packages may not show tracking for a few days even if your order is already on the way. So please allow extra time for tracking updates and delivery. In some cases, you may have tracking visibility and your order may arrive before tracking becomes available.

Shipping fees are determined by weight and your selected shipping method.




HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?


Each apparel product or non-apparel product is made to order rather than mass-produced. We’ve partnered with a reliable, high-quality, on-demand order fulfillment company that helps us to print and ship orders from their facilities.




HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS, EMAIL OR CANCEL MY ORDER?


Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. The only time we'll cancel an order is if the product you ordered is out of stock or we'll provide a partial refund depending on the issue. If the shipping address or email on your order is incorrect, please contact us soon as possible so that we can make our best effort to change the shipping address. In some cases this may not be guaranteed depending on our work-load schedule or if the order has already been processed & fullfilled.




FREE SHIPPING.


Sometimes we may offer free shipping along with one of our monthly offers. Please see our offers & sales page. OFFER & SALES.




WHY AM I ONLY SEEING PART OF MY ORDER IN THE SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?


If you're only seeing part of your order, no worries because we ship some things separately like drawstring bags or t-shirts. You'll get an email everytime for items in your order that are shipped.




CAN YA'LL COMBINE OR DISCOUNT MY ORDERS FOR A LESSER SHIPPING PRICE?


No we can't. It would be best to purchase the products you want in a single payment the first time around that way it saves you money.




HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?


When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to become available, also keep in mind Covid-19 delays as mentioned in our ' Order Processing' section.





Refund & Exchange Policy.

WRONG - MISPRINTED - DAMAGED.


We sincerely apologize if the product you ordered arrived wrong/misprinted/damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us at bioelogwhy@gmail.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the wrong/misprinted/damaged product, your order number and any other information you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Pro Tip: If you’re unsure which size would fit you better, please check our Bio9line Size Chart which is also listed in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please contact us at bioelogwhy@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.




EXCHANGE.


Once your order has started to process or has shipped, we cannot offer an exchange. Pro Tip: If you’re unsure which size would fit you better, please check our Bio9line Size Chart which is also listed in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please contact us at bioelogwhy@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.




OUT OF STOCK.


Due to the fact that we've partnered with a on-demand order fulfillment company that helps us to print and ship our products, sometimes we are notified by them after the fact that the product is out of stock (We know its frustrating and this is something they are working on improving). If the product you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you immediately and you can either choose to do the following:

  • Switch to an alternative product where we can change your order.
  • Wait for the product to come back in stock. We can't predict how long that will be though.
  • Cancel your order and we issue a refund.





General FAQs.

What hours are you open?


Operation Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( EST) Saturday & Sunday: Closed. Holidays We're Closed On: Thanksgiving Day - Closed Christmas Eve - Close Early At 5:00 PM ( EST). Christmas Day - Closed. New Year's Eve - Close Early At 5:00 PM ( EST). New Year's Day - Closed Memorial Day - Closed. All orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day we're open. All emails will be answered the next business day we're open.




Are the packaging materials recyclable?


The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.




Are your products eco-friendly?


We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content.




Why does my shirt have a vingear smell?


When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment ( DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent ( sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If the discoloration is noticeable, we will include a card explaining that it's from the fixation agent. Here's how it looks:





Product Care Instructions.

T-SHIRT AND CROP TEES.


T-shirts and crop tees can be machine-washed cold with like colors, but without bleach. You can tumble-dry the apparel on low heat. It can't be ironed or dry-cleaned.




UNISEX HOODIES.


Unisex hoodies can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items. Hoodies can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.




DRAWSTRING BAGS.


Tote and drawstring bags can be machine-washed without bleach on cold cycle. After washing, they can be tumble-dried on low heat. They can't be ironed or dry-cleaned.
